It has been a long week, and I have let myself get overwhelmed by it and some of the deadlines that I am managing get to me.\u00a0 A few people in the office have noticed that I have been not quite my normal self.
\nHowever today is Friday and I have done much better to work on the things that I can control and worry less about some of the things that are out of my control.<\/p>\n
1) Mapping out one of my new projects in MS Project, it is software that I normally seem to be fighting against rather than it being the useful tool that I know that it can be.\u00a0 However today it seemed to flow and work with me which was a very good feeling..\u00a0 This is a job I haven’t been looking forward to for a little while, so it is also a bit of a weight off my mind.
\n2) Seeing a chap in Dulwich kit smoothly and quickly woosh around the roundabout at the Museum of London as I walked up to the station.\u00a0 Wasn’t quite quick enough to be able to shout “go Dulwich”, but never mind.
\n3) Saw Dara O’Brien at the Glamoursmith Apollo.. I don’t care what they are trying to call the place now, it will always be the Glamoursmith Apollo.
\nMany moments of uncontrollable laughter, which is really what you want from a comedy gig. A great end to a stressful week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
