1) I got a seat on the train, wasn’t the train that I wanted to catch, as that one had been cancelled and I had to walk up to the other station in order to get into town.\u00a0\u00a0 But I got a seat.<\/p>\n
2) Managed to get out of the office for a short walk at lunchtime.\u00a0 It was sunny so it was good to see some daylight.<\/p>\n
3) Had a session with the Osteopath this evening, my shoulder has been quite sore recently, so it was good to see her, even if I did get rather beaten up.\u00a0\u00a0 Still a bit achy now, but hoping that this has helped my recovery along.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
